Our business is registered in Singapore, but our Website infrastructure is hosted globally.
- Hosting (Data Processor): The Website is built on Ghost and hosted via MagicPages. Our servers are physically located in Germany. MagicPages processes basic, anonymized server logs required for security and operates under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to ensure GDPR compliance.
- Cross-Border Transfer: By subscribing, you acknowledge that your email address will be transferred to and stored on our servers in Germany. We ensure that our hosting providers offer a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA and compliant with the GDPR.
- Social Sharing: We use static social sharing links. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded on our Website.
- Contact Form Processing: If you contact us via our website form, your message and email address are processed securely by Tally.so, our GDPR compliant form provider, for the sole purpose of receiving and responding to your inquiry.
4. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Tracking
We may participate in affiliate marketing programs. While our Website does not use tracking cookies, clicking on an affiliate link will direct you to a third-party merchant's website. These third parties will use cookies and tracking technologies to attribute any purchases back to our Website. We retain your email address only for as long as you remain an active subscriber.
